Meet the Psychologist

Dr. Lauren Barron, LMFT-S is a licensed psychologist who is also licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Dr. Barron received her Ph D in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University. She implements Integrated Behavioral Couples Therapy to address marital/relationship issues, as well as evidence-based treatments and measurement-based care using Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.
Dr. Barron has had extensive experience working in a variety of clinical settings. She has served as a Guest Lecturer and Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Clear Lake and enjoys presenting at numerous conferences.
